Typographical Errors
In the event that a Liquifyed, Inc. and WNYPrint.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Liquifyed,Inc. and WNYPrint.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed when the product has been listed at the stated incorrect price. Liquifyed, Inc. and WNYPrint.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Liquifyed, Inc. and WNYPrint.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.  No refunds will be issued if any printing project has already left pre-press and begun production.

Termination
These terms and conditions of use are applicable to you, the user of WNYPrint.com upon your access of this website and/or completing any registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions of use, or any part of them, may be terminated by WNYPrint.com without notice at any time, for any reason.
