NCR (No Carbon Required) Forms/ Contracts
Carbonless (NCR - No Carbon Required) forms are essential in the running of any business. Create instant duplicates of invoices, receipts, packing slips, work order forms, purchase orders and more with carbonless forms from WNY Print. These forms are utilized in places where one or more instant copy of an original handwritten document needs to be created. If required, we can also sequentially number your forms with the starting number of your choice. NCR forms from WNY Print are available as a 2-Part, 3-Part, 4-Part or 5-Part form for whatever business requirements you may need.

You can utilize notepads, or as some people like to call them, scratch pads in a variety of different ways with any company. They are great as a tool for sign-ins, estimates, or anything else you need to jot down some quick information and pass it off to someone else. On the other end of the spectrum, they also make a great impact when used as a promotional item. Booklets and Employee Manuals
Booklets, Employee Manuals or Newsletters are publications that consist of two or more sheets of paper that are folded, bound together and saddle stitched. The maximum number of pages that you can have in any booklet printed by WNY Print is 56 pages because any more than that, the spine of the book starts to protrude when stapled. Booklets are printed in portrait format with the binding along the left side. Each sheet of paper in booklets printed by WNY Print are made up of 4 pages. When designing yours, please keep that in mind that all booklets need to have an amount of pages dividable by four. The inside pages of our booklets are printed on 100lb. text paper and the cover is printed on a coated 100lb. cover stock. Booklets can be printed in full color throughout or in black and white throughout. Covers can be printed in color, black and white, or blank on the inside.
